Crooked Lee County Property Appraiser KENNETH M. WILKINSON concealed and conspired with other County and State Officials to conceal said “Lee County” fraud schemes to illegally “bypass” eminent domain proceedings and deliberately deprive and defraud the private property owners of more than 1,200 platted land parcels in the private undedicated residential Cayo Cost Subdivision on Cayo Costa Island, Lee County, Florida. See Lee County Plat Book 3, p. 25, at, e.g., www.LeeClerk.org.

Any involuntary governmental condemnation would have absolutely required court proceedings and a court judgment. Crooked Official WILKINSON fraudulently pretended that fake “Lee County” “claim” “O.R. 569/875” involuntarily divested said private land owners of their Constitutionally protected street lands and street easements.

Here again, Wilkinson’s crimes are injuring the public and people in Lee County:

Why would anyone wish to invest in Lee County real estate, when Lee County Criminals like KENNETH M. WILKINSON can concoct and forge land parcels for the unlawful purpose of defrauding private property owners?

Ask CRIMINAL WILKINSON questions to expose his criminal character and fraud schemes on record:

· Who holds title to said non-existent and forged “parcels”?

· Where can the forged “parcels” be located on the 1912 Cayo Costa Subdivision Plat?

· Why could no judge find Wilkinson’s forged and non-existent “parcels” on said Plat?

· Why is Wilkinson contradicting previous declarations of record facts by the State and Federal Courts?

· Why does Wilkinson conceal that the purported “resolution” (“Lee County facial scam “O.R. 569/875”) never legally existed and could have never possibly created and/or transferred any property interest or estate to Lee County, Florida?

Government is meant for the people and not against them!
