    DEF. ROGER ALEJO PERJURED HIMSELF

    DEFENDANT ROGER ALEJO materially misrepresented the true 2,300 ft depth of Plaintiffs’ riparian Gulf-front Parcel 12-44-20-01-00015.015A as only “135 feet” and perjured himself.

    ALEJO ADMITTED WESTERN GULF BOUNDARY
    WHICH IS > 2,300 FT FROM EASTERN BOUDARY

    From the Eastern boundary of Plaintiffs’ riparian Parcel 12-44-20-01-00015.015A, it takes more than 2,300 feet to get to the Western boundary of the Gulf of Mexico. In other words, Defendant Roger Alejo knew that the depth of Plaintiffs’ riparian Gulf-front Parcel is more than 2,300 feet as shown on the Survey of Plaintiffs’ riparian Parcel on the Gulf of Mexico. See northern Parcel boundary line.
