    Defendant Lee County, FL, Assistant Attorney JACK N. PETERSON violated Rule 12D-9.008. The use of governmental Attorney JACK N. PETERSON was prohibited.

    According to Rule 12D-9.008
    (1) Each value adjustment board must appoint private legal counsel to assist the board.
    (2) This legal counsel must

    a. be an attorney in private practice.

    The use of an attorney employed by government is prohibited.
